UK Orders – Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK, with no minimum spend required.

International Shipping
We ship globally at cost. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. All international orders are sent with tracking.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of our sponges, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or made wet, unless defective.

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll be happy to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, dry, and in original condition and packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Used, wet, or altered items cannot be returned unless defective

Returns Process

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
